On September 16, during his inspection tour of Dandong City, Liaoning Province, Secretary Xu Kunlin paid a special visit to our company. Chairman and General Manager Yang Bin accompanied him throughout the visit and presented an on-site report on the company’s development. Secretary Xu Kunlin commended our achievements in mastering core technologies for high-end crankshafts and attaining independent control over critical manufacturing processes, while also providing clear guidance for the company’s next phase of growth.
As a leading enterprise in China’s crankshaft R&D and manufacturing sector, our company has, in recent years, focused on its core business and deepened its technological expertise, while accelerating the construction of intelligent production lines for large marine crankshafts and electric‑power crankshafts. At the site of the inspection, Chairman Yang Bin accompanied Secretary Xu Kunlin as they toured the production workshops to assess project progress, providing a detailed overview of each production line’s process layout, the rate of domestic equipment localization, and the anticipated commissioning date. They also presented an in-depth report on our products’ manufacturing processes, processing capabilities, and downstream application scenarios. Secretary Xu Kunlin offered high praise, encouraging our company to remain committed to independent innovation, continuously refine and strengthen its core business, and drive ongoing upgrades toward higher‑end, smarter, and greener solutions, thereby further consolidating its competitive edge in the industry.
During the field visit, Secretary Xu Kunlin carefully inquired about product machining precision, technological strategies in the new‑energy sector, and market‑expansion efforts, and expressed high appreciation for the fact that certain of our products have reached internationally advanced performance levels. He emphasized that equipment manufacturing is Liaoning’s core strength, and that Wuyi Ba as a leading enterprise with decades of deep industry expertise should remain firmly committed to independent innovation, accelerate its transformation toward intelligent and digital upgrading, and effectively fulfill its role as a chain‑leading company to drive coordinated upgrades across the entire industrial value chain.
Chairman Yang Bin, on behalf of all employees, expressed gratitude for the care and support of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government. He presented a report on the company’s three-year development plan: Taking this inspection as an opportunity, our company will further increase investment in core‑technology R&D, striving to achieve domestic substitution across the entire range of high‑end crankshafts by 2027. At the same time, we will actively leverage our role as a leading enterprise to collaborate with local supporting firms in establishing an industry‑wide collaborative innovation alliance, helping Dandong build an advanced equipment‑manufacturing industrial cluster and contributing the “518” effort to Liaoning’s three‑year campaign for comprehensive revitalization and new breakthroughs.
This fact-finding mission fully underscores the provincial Party committee and provincial government’s high regard for and strong support of our company’s development, injecting powerful momentum into its future growth. All our employees have been greatly encouraged; we have already convened a special meeting to convey and study the spirit of the inspection’s directives. Each department is now formulating dedicated action plans centered on key priorities such as building intelligent production lines, tackling core technological bottlenecks, and expanding market reach.
